Job Description:

• Present the outstanding design with user’s need in mind
• Build a prototype and do design testing
• Build UI Component on Design System
• Build Good User Experience on Every Journey of Design
• Identify basic design process: research, ideation, and user journey.
• Create pixel-perfect design implementation
• Determine the interface style, best practices, and standards
• Maintain quality of UI output after development
• Maintain design backlog with Product Development Team (Designers, Engineers, and Product Owners)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as UI/UX Designer, preferably in an Online Learning Platform / Education System
• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design /related field with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (out of a maximum of 4)
• Deep Understanding of Android & iOS behavior
• Good typography skills, structural design, and information architecture
• Deep understanding of company brand
• Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in balancing design aesthetics and product needs
• Up-to-date knowledge about trends and various aspects of digital product design
• Excellent with design tools (such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Prototyping tools ( such as InVision, Marvel.)
• Good story-telling ability to showcase design works and processes to the stakeholders
• Work Location: IPEKA Head Office, West Jakarta
