Description:

As a Digital Consultant at Xtremax, your primary responsibility will be to deliver solutions to Government agencies.

This journey entails:

• Desk Research: Client background, objectives, competitors, industry trends and best practices.
• Requirements Gathering: Physical/Virtual meetings with clients to uncover their latent pains and craft useful solutions.
• Presentations: Being a storyteller of your own solutions in order to captivate your audiences. This includes and is not limited to using wireframes and PowerPoint presentations.

At Xtremax we have weekly firesides to brainstorm for new solutions, as well as ways to implement them. We have bi-weekly brownbag sessions for knowledge sharing and you will be given training opportunities to learn about the latest in CMS and Digital Transformation.

You will be given self-study assignments for the various digital solutions available so that you can contribute actively to the firesides.

We value ownership of your own works, and effective communication with your peers is a pre-requisite.

We do not look for perfect, just, better.

Requirements:

• English Proficiency is a must.
• 1- 2 years experience as a UX researcher/designer, business analyst, product manager and/or relevant field of work
• Degree in any discipline
• Relevant UX Certification(s)
• Familiar with wireframing tools Moqups, Axure, Sketch
• Eye for detail, with ample knowledge of visual design principles
• Keen interest in technology, and familiarity with current digital trends
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Relevant experience in UX and/or research is preferred
• Relevant experience in CMS/SaaS or related digital solutions is preferred
