• Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Software Developers, Quality Assurance, and other UI/UX Developers
• Improve Mister Aladin’s product with data-driven & user-driven approach
• Work closely with product managers, and developers to analyze, tackling the issue, and direct the user interface development
• Develop high level or detailed wireframe and visual design from the ideas / design solution based on requirement document
• Communicate the design concepts clearly and influentially over our workmates and stakeholders
• Maintain and documenting the design system to make user interface development runs clearly.

Requirement :

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Excellent understanding of design process & principles
• Proficient in design tools (e.g. Figma, Miro, and Adobe Illustrator)
• Excellent knowledge and execution high level or detailed wireframe, prototyping, and visual design
• Experience working on product design across multiple platforms, such as: mobile apps, desktop website, and mobile web with design system
• Good sense of design, writing, and documentation
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and workmates
• Experience with e-commerce or marketplace and online travel products is highly appreciated
• Desire to learn & adapt to new technologies & design trends
• Experience in driving user research is a plus
• Good time-management skills
