Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support UX/UI for the responsible projects
- Create wireframes, diagrams, or UX deliverables to share ideas and concepts with key stakeholders
- Build high-fidelity UX/UI design or prototypes of websites or mobile apps
- Plan sitemaps, user journeys, and user flows to ensure that everything is well-aligned
- Manage design system and UI component library
- Set short-term needs into design patterns and modules
- Advocate for customer needs and strive to deliver the best user journeys and experiences on an ongoing basis
- Gather insights and keep track of key metrics and strive for continuous improvements in UX/UI design
- Review UI/UX design deliverables for their effectiveness and high- quality standard
- Oversee design from a holistic point of view to identify opportunities to improve users’ journeys or optimize funnels
- Inspire new design initiatives and motivate UX/UI designers
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers, and business owners to ensure that designs are well-aligned with users’ needs, business strategies, and technical requirements
- Coordinate with product managers and engineers to uncover new design opportunities
- Provide productive influence over junior designers backed by a strong rationale and extensive experience
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, HCI, or any related areas
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a creative or technical field
- Proven track record of designing or delivering digital products with excellent user experiences that also drive business growth
- Portfolio demonstrates experience solving complex UX problems and designing thoughtful experiences
- Extensive knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, responsive web design, or mobile app design
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, especially design documenting skills
- Willingness to learn, improve, and stay current on the latest design and technology trends
- Ability to think in systems and approach product design from a holistic point of view
- Exceptional attention to details
- Excellent critical thinking skill
- Expert in product design tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency in Aftereffect, Blender3D is a plus
- Proficiency in advanced prototyping tools such as Protopie, Framer is a plus
- Extensive experience in modularized design system and component library
- Proficiency in UX research such as survey, UT, Data Analysis is a huge plus
- Experience of leading a design projects is a huge plus
