What You’ll Be Doing

*Work closely with Product and Developer team to collectively define the users’ problem, Design and formulate solutions in any suitable forms (i.e. product features, backend improvements, service design, etc)

*[Research & Analysis] Perform benchmarking, secondary research, and analysis for each design project prior to concept and design stage. Deliver sufficient research report as a base of Design direction. Research design trends in the industry.

[Concept & Design] Creates User flow based on User Acceptance Criteria, and design User Experience Concept with User Interface concept, to solve problems in the project. Design solution solves problem from research / analysis, which adhere to Design fundamental principles. Deliver beautiful UI Design of many alternatives, with consistency across screens and details of user flow. Provide Copywriting for any text within the application. 

*[Design Validation] Perform self-validation using UI prototype with Usability test method to validate the Design. Testing of Design is part of Design iteration to improve Design deliverables.

[Development of design] Manage and oversee development of UI Design with Developer team. Responsibility of UI specifications from asset files, color spec, measurement and implementation on different screens.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimal D3/S1
• Minimum 3 year experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Design.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills along with communication skills.
• Experience in design Mobile, Web and Dashboard.
• A strong understanding of user interface and user experience principles, micro-interaction, and prototyping methods.
• A strong understanding of the design fundamentals such as color, space, typography, hierarchy, and paddings and grids.
• A strong understanding of the fundamentals of Design Pattern and Design Systems and how it works at scale.
• Independent contributor that can deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
